Keihin Island Bench

Dodo is a team of flower-artists based in Keihin Island Tokyo, where a high percentage of Tokyo's waste materials are processed. This bench is built entirely out of scrap materials donated by the scrap yards of Keihin Island, and symbolizes Dodo's ongoing efforts to turn Keihin Island in to a place that will be known as ‘a place of creation’. 

Materials: Reclaimed Wood, Repurposed Tree, Repurposed fabric, Metal sheeting

Notice:

Shipping cost to be separately calculated. Buyer will be contacted about shipping at a later date. Pieces will be refinished with care before being shipped out.  Pick-up options also available. Japan only. 

Some of the proceeds will go to further promote and operate future haizai workshops.
